Absolutely fantastic driving instructor. Always up for a great chat whilst driving but never misses a thing. Andy knows exactly how to take someone from a beginner to someone who is more than capable of passing and driving in everyday life. Cannot recommend enough, I passed with 1 minor, Andy knows what he’s doing.

Passed first time !!! I really couldn’t have done it without the support and guidance from Andy. Even when my mind made me self doubt, Andy helped me realise that I was more than capable of being a safe driver. I truly believe that he is someone that wants to help new drivers learn the proper skills, enjoy driving in its self and get the most out of each lesson. I will never forget our conversations and how at ease I was made to feel in the car next to him. I couldn’t recommend a better individual to teach you to drive. Worth the time, worth the effort and worth the money !! Thank you Andy:)

Been taking lesson with Andy for a little while now, Now I’ll be honest with this. He’s harsh with lesson and definitely not for the weak minded, but trust me he gets results. Passed my test today first try. Would highly recommend him and his teaching skills. Cheers Andy you legend 💪

Andy will not waste your time, money or effort with unnecessary things and does a great job of helping you understand where your weakpoints are and how to fix them. 5*

Andy has helped me pass with confidence and built me up after another instructor let me down. He helped identify the issues that remained from my previous instructor and was patient to ensure I had everything I needed to pass a test. If you choose Andy you can expect a teacher that will listen and keep you calm. His experience is obvious from the start and he will do everything he can to have you test ready as soon as he believes possible.

Andy was kind enough to take me on as a student after I left my previous instructor because I wasn't fully content. I can honestly say you'll be 100% satisfied with Andy's teaching; he's patient and encouraging which is what every learner needs in an instructor. I was very pleased that I was getting my money's worth with Andy as there was always at least a full hour of me driving, often with a debrief of things to improve on to finish the lesson. I felt like Andy wanted me to be a good and safe driver for the long term, not just to pass a test. I really appreciate everything he did for me and I definitely recommend him!

Andy, I had lost my faith in driving instructors as they had messed me about by letting me down, for example, cancelling lessons and not making me feel very confident about myself, then after a few lessons with you my confidence was restored and i went on to pass my driving test first time. Andy was a great instructor, he always gave me a lot of confidence, and was always calm and reassuring. He put a lot of emphasis on making me a patient, and safe driver. He will never hold you back, and will always do his best to fit you in for a lesson. I would definitely recommend him, he is the best instructor to teach you to drive.

Had about 15 lessons with another driving instructor and felt like I wasn't getting anywhere so when my friend recommended Andy and said how good he was I changed. Andy makes you feel so comfortable in the car and gives you every confidence in yourself. I'm so glad I changed and he made it possible for me to pass my test first time. Massive massive Thankyou Andy and would recommend to anyone and everyone if I could!!!!

I passed my test today with no minor driving faults at all. I started with someone else but she was nowhere near as good as Andy. He was brilliant and kept me calm and made sure I knew when I was doing well and when I wasn't. He keeps it really simple and you just feel great.

I really didn't expect to pass first time. I thought it would take me at least 2 test to pass and that shows just how good Andy is. He had confidence in me and that made me confident. Andy kept on telling me how important it was to stay calm and think. I'll always remember if in doubt stop. It's not a race take your time and stay safe. Thanks Andy you get my recommendation every time.

I found it far more difficult to pass the theory. I passed the actual test first time. Andy made it all seem so easy. I've had other instructors and none of them helped me as much as Andy. In particular he made the manoeuvres easy as well. I would definitely recommend Andy.

I previously had a few lessons with a different instructor and didn't get on well with them and felt I would never pass, Andy was a amazing instructor, always helpful and very professional as well as keeping a very good friendship with him which relaxed me, he always beilived in me even when I doubted myself and I managed to pass first time after a short while! When I started learning to drive, I was so nervous and never believed I could actually do it, but with Andy's patience, support and reassurance my confidence grew. Andy's such a down-to-earth guy and was easy to get along with. He always managed to fit lessons in around me and in September 2011 I passed my test first time round! I would strongly recommend Andy to anyone who wants to learn to drive in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

I gave up learning to drive around 11 years ago after failing several tests and because the instructor wasn't very good. I started learning with Andy last August and have my test soon. Andy is a good instructor, strict at times, but needs to be, very chatty and has a good sense of humour.

I have to admit i am a very nervous late learner. I tried 10 years ago with another instructor and gave in. Andy is a very good instructor, he is patient, encouraging understanding and honest when he needs to be, he also has a good sense of humour which is important for putting his pupils at ease. He has given me confidence to learn and I am improving all the time and under his instruction I know I will pass very soon. He also expects very high standards which is very important to make his students safe drivers.
